Every year since turning thirty I have taken a portrait on my birthday. This one is from last year.. somehow this year came and went, I spoke the intention of setting time aside, and I never took the photograph.
With all the fires in Northern California (my daughter was out of school for a week when her school almost burned down) a dear friend put together a website (California Fire Help) to sell work donated by artists near and far with 100% of profits being sent to Redwood Credit Union's North Bay Relief Fund. I've donated a few pieces alongside so so many talented artists. Take a moment to explore the website and support those in Northern California who have lost so much.
